Understand the organization :- We will meet with key stakehalders Important to the search to understand your organizationsn History, culture and operating structure.
Define the Job Role & Description :- The role will be prepared based on our discussions and will be shared with serious candidates for the positon. It describes the key success factors and priorities of the positon, as wel as candidate specifications Including competencies experience, background and personal traits. This document wil be reviewed with the client and serve as a guide in determining whom we wil contact during the course of the search.
Identify Candidates :- Upan approval of th ab rle& description by the cent, we wil begin search for candidates b using argeed id ‘search, candidate database reviews and candidates generated through the clients own sources.
Evaluation & Shortlisting :- Candidates wil be evaluated in terms of their skill sets, experience and their interest in the role.In addition to personal interviews, we may. use independant 3rd arty Psychometric ‘assessment tools stan extra fee. For the final shortlisted candidates, we vill prepare a detailed profile and evaluation summary to faciltate the inal client interview process.
Interviews :- Interviews wll be aranged between the short listed candidates and customer representatives. On receiving candidate feedback, we wil work With you to draw up the final shortlist.
Background & Reference Checks :- You have the aption of requesting s background check on candidates at an extra fee. This would be organized through an independent 3rd party agency fora fee.
Offer Rollout :- On behalf of the client, we can present the offer and explant tothe selected candidat.
Follow-Up :- SIS stays Intouch with the red candidate between 60 and 50 days after he/ she has started on the job.
